We manufacture LED VMS in several modifications according to the display of light sources in order to offer our clients always the most suitable solution to their needs for displayed symbols and their combinations.

According to the way individual points are displayed and wired in the motherboard.

• Chained with a fixed graphic representation of symbols 
• Matrix with freely programmable representation of symbols

According to the color of the display system, for the most energy-efficient design:

• Monochromatic optical system
• Two color optical system
• RGB optical system

The basic optical design system is always SMD LED diode, light guide and a lens. In the case of an older system, 5 mm LED diode and optical lens with shielding tube is used.

The shield of the sign in which optical lenses are fit, is made of black high-matte color, together with the optical properties of the lens to prevent undesirable effects of reflection of the sun /class R 2/. Depending on the type of optical system used, we offer such signs with the beam radiation angles of the light point / EN 12966-1/ in classes B 1 – B 6. The colors of the individual points correspond to class C 2, and the control of individual parts in terms of color and brightness is carried out in production batches according to EN 12966-3 Factory production control in our laboratory.

The variable sign has autonomous brightness control in 256 degrees which are directed by brightness sensors according to EN 12966-1 standard depending on the intensity of outdoor lighting. The sensors are separately calibrated in our laboratory, so the settings of the sign control unit are as accurate as possible. The individual luminous points are connected to the control unit in chains, which are constructed in the symbol in such a way that, in the event of their failure, the legibility of the sign is reduced as little as possible. The control unit monitors faults on each chain separately, it is also possible to connect to check each point individually. 

The box of variable message signs and traffic information equipment is made of aluminium or stainless steel according to the customer's requirement or the specification of the environment in which the equipment will be used, the surface finish of the box is made with RAL 7042 powder paint (road grey).
